If you've purchased your own domain name (for example: www.yourDomainName.com, www.yourDomainName.co.uk, or www.yourDomainName.anything) from a service provider, you can use that address for your Flowzit and/or Raveal accounts. Your domain registrar will need to allow for setting the CNAME to "flowzit.net". Please follow instructions from your domain registrar for setting the CNAME, which should be done prior to configuring your account's Personal Domain configuration.
Note: Some domain registrars require you to contact them to make this kind of CNAME adjustment. Contact your own domain registrar for more information.
It may take up to 48 hours for your CNAME change to occur. Ensure this has happened *before* making the change in your Flowzit or Raveal account.

Attention GoDaddy.com DNS account holders:
If you use "www.yourdomainname.com", the process is as described above. However, it turns out that it is not that easy to have your "yourdomainname.com" point to Raveal or Flowzit. GoDaddy does not allow wildcards to be used for CNAMES. That means "yourdomainname.com" cannot use a CNAME.
If you stay with GoDaddy, the only alternative is to use an A record which points to the IP address of: 72.233.87.81. However, this is not a great solution as it could render your site as not found if we ever change our IP address.
