We have seen a few newer PDFs that are generated from Adobe CS4.  These PDFs are using the PDF 1.4 file format.  Our image processing software does not yet handle it.  We are working on updating that.

In the mean time, you can export your PDFs with compatibility for Acrobat 4 (1.3) and this will work.
